- In the first story a dead squirrel is seen, torn up and bloody.
- People with graphic wounds are shown alive (walking, talking) when there is no way they could be alive. One girl has the lower half of her face gone, one guy has a large head wound with brain matter all in his hair, another man is holding what looks to be his intestines in his hand.
- During an earthquake, a woman is crushed by a giant piece of concrete. The point of impact is not graphic but we see her later with half her head crushed in. We also see other graphic victims of the earthquake.
- A firefighter is mortally wounded while trying to escape a building during an earthquake. The other's with him know he can't be saved, so one of them mercy kills him with a crowbar.
- A man stabs himself in the stomach with a crowbar and pulls out his own intestines.
- A man stabs another man in the neck with a crowbar and yanks if out with a spirt of blood following.
- A man has his heart ripped out from behind by a humanoid creature (a God?)
- A woman slowly and repeatedly stabs a man with a crowbar. We don't see the wound but we see the bloody crowbar.
- A woman has her skin and body parts ripped off. The VR helmet is removed from her head and most of the skin is ripped off. Her whole eyeballs are visible with no skin around them.
- A woman has her throat slit and her eyes cut out.
- A man is dismembered with an electric knife while fighting with a home intruder.
- We see a very bloody dismembered body.
- A man is suddenly shot in the head inside a car, brains shown on window behind him and on his shoulder.
- A police officer is shot up through the chin. Many officers are shot and killed inside a police station. One police officer has his throat slit. Everything very graphic.
- A man is shot in the head from behind, we see it from the front while he is closeup on camera.
- While the last scene does not have anything too graphic, there is a lot of blood gushing onto the screen (without actually seeing wounds happening).
- A young woman shoots herself in the head (through the mouth) but this does not kill her.
- The final segment "DREAMKILL" is the goriest segment in the film.

- The ending of the frame narrative "Total Copy" can be frightening to some people.

- Woman is shown stripping her shirt and her breasts buttocks are seen for most of the ritual scene.
Violence & Gore
- The segment "No Wake" contains severe violence and frightening & intense scenes. Aside from a brief view of a disemboweled animal, there is a sequence where 5 teenagers are shot to death by an unseen sniper; they are shot through the head, jaw, face and torso. Blood is shown spraying from every wound and this is extremely brutal and realistic. The dead bodies are shown walking around while blood and brain matter leaks from their wounds.
- The segment "God of Death" contains severe violence and frightening & intense scenes. Several people are killed during an earthquake and their dead bodies are seen, one has her head caved inwards by a piece of the ceiling. Several people are brutally killed with a crowbar, one is bashed in the head with blood spraying, one slashes open his own stomach, and another is stabbed in the neck before bleeding to death.
- The segment "TKNOGD" contains moderate violence and frightening & intense scenes. There is only one scene of violence but it's pretty intense; a woman's is shown screaming and her leg is ripped off, disturbing and realistic but not blood. Later, her horribly mutilated face is shown with parts of her exposed eyeballs and flesh sticking to a helmet.
- The segment "Ambrosia" contains moderate violence and severe frightening & intense scenes. There are several deaths by gunshots but no blood is shown and all deaths are offscreen. Two people are shot through a tent but this isn't shown and a dozen people are killed in a shootout, extremely intense but nothing is seen to the audience. Two people are shot dead at point blank range, no blood; a woman is shot repeatedly with some blood spraying and later shoots herself in the jaw.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The frame narrative "Total Copy" contains moderate violence and severe frightening & intense scenes. The violence is entirely at the end and is mostly offscreen but is very disturbing and bloody. An alien kills several people with an appendage, wrapping them around their necks and causing blood to spray from offscreen.
