A cleverly written kids show
jacobmaughanjm26 January 2023
A very cleverly written show that both parents and kids can enjoy.

I was curious when I saw this show since I never heard of BYUTV producing cartoons, and they nailed it, the humour is clever not following classical kids show humour going for just cheap toilet humour constantly that may get kids laughing but leaves parents wanting to not listen, instead the jokes land well for a large audience age range and the over all writing seems very well-thought-out. For kids, it gives great life lessons and an interesting story to go along with it that I am sure my younger self would have found entertaining.

While for adults the morals to the story seem very obvious, you can usually guess what they are in the first few minutes, the good animation and the reflection of the older Bennett on his younger self can still cause reflection on our lives and helps younger and older audiences understand the overarching lessons, that family is important and that learning from our mistakes and making up for them is always worth it in the end.

Really this show deserves more attention for its creativity, good animation, solid morals and the fact that it made ten solid episodes out of nowhere.

I never review anything, but this show defiantly deserves some reviews, so I thought I'd make one, to let people know to give it a chance.

The first animated original from BYUtv
grunionsbusboy23 March 2023
I came across this show after watching "Little Secrets", my sister's favorite movie, on BYUtv.

My wish came true. A show that talks about going back in time to prevent a regrettable mistake before it can impact your future and the relationships you maintain with the ones you love. A lot of us has done terrible things that can impact other people.

After watching the first season, I realized this show means everything to us. I wish it was not exclusive to Utah television, given the television channel behind this masterpiece was named after Brigham Young University in Utah.

I am from California and I heard a lot of great things about this show after hearing about BYUtv through "Little Secrets". I wish this show was translated into numerous languages in foreign countries. I am also hoping this show doesn't get screwed over like what "The Ridonculous Race" and "Atomic Puppet" went through. The former having episodes aired daily to the extent that it became a one-off, whilst the latter got cancelled because of the show's poor run in the US despite doing better in Canada.

If this does ever get a DVD release (Complete Series or Complete Season), I am buying this for my sister, telling her "you said you love Little Secrets. I'm recommending this show to you for that reason."

What a great show! I sure hope they are making more!

Our family has quite enjoyed it. It's funny, a lot of cool science fiction gadgets, and does a good job at putting the main characters in relatable situations and showing their struggles in overcoming their weaknesses. It's inspirational, leaving me thinking maybe I do need to do a little better.

It's great to have a show that isn't focusing on trying to degrade and shock it's viewers but instead be uplifting, clever, and funny at the same time.

I see why the number of reviews is so low when you have to write a minimum number of letters. It's a fun family show, just go watch it!

The only downside is I have no idea if they will make more seasons or not...
