Best episode of the season

This was very probably the best episode of the season. Absolutely loved the vibes of this one, it was fast paced and very easy to watch. New case was more interesting than previous 3 and the discovery we had about main storyline was intriguing.

Oh, and I really want to talk about that Beau/Jenny scene in the end... man that was really something else, love the chemistry these 2 actors have. I might have previously been rooting for Beau and Cassie, but now I am really unsure. Talking about Cassie, Cormac better not mistreat her because she is my best girl and she deserves something good happening to her.

Hope writing this episode got will carry on with the rest of the season, I could now easily see me getting attached to the series.

Creepy

While Big Sky has by turns been heartbreaking, even cruel, this was an amazing episode for developing and maintaining a flat out creepy vibe.

Did I flinch and have a jump scare? Of course. Didn't everyone?

---

The episode flowed well in spite of how the season has a mix of story lines. (Or perhaps because of it.) It was a bold move on the writers' part and it's paying off now especially as the show is hitting its stride.

Amazing work by the director in keeping it running on all cylinders.

Editing is on point. Videography great. And whoever scouts locations and takes on such detail deserves special praise.

Everything combines.

---

As to writing, the actors have a lot of meat to the story and dialogues. Appreciate the interplay that's possible when experienced actors get those sorts of scripts.

I'm probably the only one not shipping Jenny and Beau--mainly because I'm worried he'll end up dead (and I selfishly want Jensen Ackles on Big Sky for as long as he can.)

But the chemistry there has finally worked its way into a groove.

Episode 304

Warning: Spoilers
The episode was an easy watch tonight, but not much in the form of story development. It almost felt like an NCIS episode at times with the attempt to create something spooky in the beginning, but not much payoff and just some ridiculous visuals of Halloween and masks and stuff for no reason whatsoever.

The show is hitting a lot of the right notes so far in season three, but where it struggles is that it is just not up to snuff when it comes to acting or writing. We need something big to happen with the son and step dad in the next few episodes, although I have hope we may get just that quite soon.

Best episode of the season so far

The best episode of the season so far! Got me intrigued from the get go, loved the creepy vibes of it and I'm feeling like the show is getting better and better with this new format.

Absolutely adore the trio that is Jenny, Beau and Poppernak but I also need more of the trio that is Beau, Jenny and Cassie. In any case, love these dynamics so much.

Sunny Barnes and that entire family... OH BOY. Where to even start with this one. Feel like things are soon gonna get very crazy and I'm totally here for it.

Can't wait for next Wednesday, this show got me hooked I'm afraid.

Also, need Avery smacked for some reason.

Best episode of the season so far.

That was a really great episode. Great writing, pace and acting. The characterdevelopment really shines, especially for Beau Arlen (interaction with his ex) and Sunny (what a strange family bonding). You get to know more of these two. Beau is not the balanced guy full of self-esteem. It's just his facade.

And tbh Sunny is relatable too. At least you get a clue why she has that strange behavior. All the characters are intruiging and you want to know more about them. And the chemistry between Ackles and Winnick is getting better and better.

Also liked the pick up of the storyline of s2 with Tonya and Donno. I was afraid, they're gonna waste those great characters.

The case of the week was not just a little side story. All the twists and turns. More like this please.

Can't wait what's up next!
