Storyline
Did you know
- GoofsCaterpillars are not baby butterflies. This is because a caterpillar does not simply transform into a butterfly (or a moth); once its chrysalis has formed, the caterpillar dies as its body breaks down into a nutritious goop and some useful spare parts for a separate clump of cells. These have remained dormant since they were part of the original embryo, but now they wake up and grow into the insect's adult form.

Mary finds her voice.
Some guests arrive at The Cottage, friends of Mike's, who have been very successful, and try to encourage Alison and Mike to follow their plan, meanwhile Mary tells Julian the story of how she found her voice.
I enjoyed this one, a funny episode, which spun plenty of different strands. The show often focuses on a few different stories, here though, there's a lot going on. We have the key element, which is Mary's story, and it's a brilliant one.
Favourite scenes, first off was seeing Mary berating the two men, and of course Robin's Bootiful comment about turkeys.
This produced one very revealing moment I thought, that scene where Annie departs, does that perhaps pave the way for a regular to depart thr show, normally when a plot device like this is introduced, it's normally for a purpose.
Enjoyed that, 8/10.
