Finally Getting Something Like Answers
Mehki_Girl25 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Initially, I felt disappointed with this episode, thinking of M Night really going to go down this mundane road after all this time?

Then I thought, no, uncle George has not renounced his religion. He's lying.

Was some of it true? Probably... But all of it? No way, because we the audience have seen things that Sean and Julian have not.

Uncle George has set up this family to be harmed, but I think Dorothy has something up her sleeve and Roscoe will play a role in the final showdown.

Things will heat up as Sean and Julian make Leanne increasingly angry after losing their fear and awe of her, which she definitely likes having as she orders everyone around.

Stayed tuned!

NOW we're talking

Warning: Spoilers
I can't believe it took 7 episodes to finally get a little bit of answers here.

From the second the episode started i was sucked in.

Faustian bargain is definitely the thing going on here. Leanne may have sold her soul to the devil in exchange for powers. She could even be the devil herself.

When uncle george stared trying to make us believe all of the happenings around the house were all a part of some clever trick played by leanne, i knew he was lying. It can't be a "it was fake all along" finale, i would have lost my mind.

I am SO glad season 4 is finally getting good, shame there are only 3 episodes left though. Expect more answers, violence and drama in the last few episodes.

Myth - 407

Warning: Spoilers
Servant's final season is definitely heating up and definitely giving us the entertaining last ride we were hoping for.

It seemed like for a second the show was going to go the opposite of Lost and cleanly wrap up everything by having Uncle George explain the crazy events that had happened. And then we were quickly assured that he was lying and it was all a big scam.

I mean when Julian held the doll and heard it crying as he was about to drop it, and then the giant pothole, these things could not have been happy accidents and coincidences, so we should have known what was going on the whole time.

Maybe the best episode so far

Warning: Spoilers
Well that was the episode I've been waiting a long time for. The whole vibe to this episode was amazing, tense and mysterious. I hope the last few episodes stay like this.

Julian, Shaun and dorothy had some really good character progression here. Them all been Totally aware now of leann is making for some great TV, the discovery of leanns obsession over Dorothy was chilling and the thought that maybe leanne is just a damaged obsessed little girl. But things are still not as they seem for example why did we see that dark entity move across the house in an earlier episode. Hopefully we get the last few answers we need .

Uncie George and the truth

Warning: Spoilers
At least an episode where the interests and the story make me curious. We definitely learn more about Leanne and the obsession that she has about Dorothy. We learn also that Leanne is perfectly normal. But is it true? Or George just hide some elments or told lies to Sean and Julian? We learn also how Leanne spied Dorothy and how she introduced a baby; that was not even Jericho. But the loss and the death make Sean accept that kid. We saw also that Leanne used some tricks and some secret passages in the house to move quickly. Roscoe also know that George lied to him from the beginning for the church

It was pretty interesting and i think its my favorite episode by far. We still wondering who is really Leanne? Is she dead??? Or is it a reincarnation? And at the end we can see that we still dont know who is she. And that maybe George lied on some events for covered Leanne.

I love it and how the mysteries grow and that we have also some revelations, mysteries, surprises. Continue like this please. Stop messing arround.

Terrible Episode, Bad Writing on Full Display
onikage-493242 March 2023
This is a really hard episode to review without spoilers so here goes: This episode is a exposition dump by George onto Sean and Julian. This Season we've seen Sean and Julian finally open their eyes to what is actually going on and that they've either being purposefully ignorant or completely in denial about Leeane and what she can do. It's something we've been waiting 4+ Years for. That is what makes this episode so bad. What George is explaining will have viewers frustrated and disappointed as it potentially undoes so much good character development that has happened.

Meanwhile Dorothy does at least finally start to piece some things together HOWEVER, like this show does with it's main characters, she's not figuring it out for herself. It's being pointed out directly. This time a Co-Worker is clueing her in on a discovery. She's supposed to be a "Investigative Journalist" yet she's the furthest behind of the group on what's going on in her own home.

There's 3 Episodes left in the Show, not just the season, yet they prove how bad their Writing is by trying to speedrun all this exposition and explanation in a single episode after dragging it out. We're at a total runtime of almost 20 HOURS watching this show and this episode makes it clear they intentionally wasted our time without it even being necessary to do that to their audience in the first place.

The biggest insult is that they've made the audience so desperate for actual answers and strung us along so long that most viewers are going to be happy with this episode. Sewer Water is refreshing if you're dying of dehydration after all.
