  • In some episodes boobs are shown but not so graphically.
  • Sexual references in some episodes but not in a graphic way

Violence & Gore

  • The series is very violent, there are deaths and blood is shown but they never exaggerate it but in itself "El patron del Mal" is very violent.
  • The attacks can be terrifying and scandalous for some people since throughout the series many attacks against the city of Medellin and real images of people's deaths are shown.
  • a man is brutally murdered and his body with wounds is shown
  • From episodes 69-75 they are the strongest in violence since each member of the "Medellin Cartel" dies in a brutal way

Profanity

  • In the parts where the "DEA" appears in the series, they speak in English and you can hear swears like "Fuck", "Motherfucker" on some occasions.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • The deaths of "Chili" and "Gonzalo" are very violent and I would say that they are the most graphic deaths in the entire series.
  • In episode 70, Pablo Escobar's hitmen shoot 2 men from jail, it is not shown how they shot them but they show how they were. Not so graphic but violent.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The deaths of Pablo Escobar's hitmen are very graphic and leave you in shock since the hitmen make us laugh on some occasions and leave bad feelings when they kill them.
  • When the kidnappers take "Doña Carmiña" to kill her, it is one of the most graphic parts of the series since she does not show blood but she is praying to God and crying so that they do not kill her. Very intense and sentimental this scene that lasts about 10 minutes.
  • When "The Cali Cartel" detonates a bomb in the building where Pablo Escobar's family lives, he becomes very angry and threatens the surgeons to kill his family, children, uncles and grandparents if they let the Girl die. Other terrorist attacks where they show real images of the attacks are also quite strong.
