Just bad. Very bad.
Ibaio30 April 2023
When I saw the trailer I told myself that it couldn't be that bad. Well, it is. I don't know what happened to the series creator "Alex De La Iglesia" in this one but it's a big mistake for his career. The score I gave is because there were a few scenes that made me laugh, although I could give it a one perfectly. Apart from that, there is nothing I can say about it, watch it and you'll see why. The cast is bad, the idea is bad, the jokes are bad, writing is bad and I can continue forever but it's not worth of my time.

This is, clearly, the worst TV series I have ever seen in my entire life, and the surprise is that is made by HBO, the streaming service that makes the best series right now. It's a shame. It really is.

Pd: Please do not let Oscar Casas work again, hire his brother, he is much better than him.

Incredibly boring
thesaintcouk9 May 2023
Boring and not at all addictive, stilted performances and bland, foul-mouthed dialogue. It's supposed to be a comedy, it's not funny at all.

I had a hard time finishing the first episode and honestly it doesn't deserve a second chance, I still jumped in with the second episode, more of the same, boring and vulgar.

I don't recommend it at all, the more the episode progresses the harder it becomes to watch.

I didn't find a single gag that was funny. The positive thing is that each episode is 20 minutes long and just one episode is enough to see the low quality of the series.

I'm pretty sure the high marks must come from people who have a vested interest in the series or the production company.

A Good View of Pro Football
leftbanker-113 May 2023
I'm never one to complain about the bad ratings a series or movie earns here in IMDb, but this series isn't bad at all and gives an inside look at football. I just finished EP03 and it was a blast, the best of the three I've seen so far. I thought his former teammate and superannuated player was a great character and a lot of fun. The Brazilian diva is a riot and steps right out of the pages of Marca, or whatever football rag you read.

An ex-footballer making his way as an agent whose best prospect dumped him for a more powerful broker, and now he's holding the hand of a diva on the skids because of poor behavior. Sound familiar?

Maybe the poor reviews are people watching the dubbed version of this, something I'd never do, preferring to read subtitles and listen to the real voices, even in a language I know nothing about. I speak Spanish, so, of course, I'm watching this in the original (I just wish they had Spanish subtitles available as I miss some of the slang).

I'm sticking with this.
