The situation in Argentina unfortunately is well known, last government was corrupt AF and INCAA "Instituto Nacional de Cine y Artes Audiovisuales was a tool to divert money to the pockets of corrupt people. This movie is a great example of everything wrong with the movie industry in Argentina. The movie starts with no story, just a woman (wich is the one who got the money from the government) and her dog, doing absolutely nothing. There is no a little of effort to tell a story, just a woman with her dog doing nothing for almost an hour, then the dog is kidnaped, then is rescued, the end. Avoid this awful movie at all cost. Is just a scam not a real movie.
