Humphrey and Esther investigate the strange disappearance of a family, who left behind a partially eaten meal and other tell tail signs of an instant exit.
It's a very good second episode, first off I'd like to start by me mentioning the late Ruth Madoc, who sadly died a few months before this was transmitted, not a massive role, but nice to hear her using a different accent, much missed.
It's definitely an intriguing case, I enjoyed the air of mystery, lots of interesting points and a very dramatic ending.
Some gorgeous scenery once again, it looks terrific.
A great Humphrey episode of course, and I am really enjoying his relationship with Esther, I'm not totally sure about him and Martha yet, I think they need to develop that a little, although Jamie Bamber could cause a stir anyway.
8/10.
