Sex & Nudity

  • Just some inappropriate jokes here and there, not that bad.
  • There is a store called Leather & Lace that sells gimp suits, stripper outfits, etc.
  • In certain rooms in a Bordello, there are machines on beds with a dildo moving back and forth.
  • During the course of the game, female characters are sometimes depicted in outfits that reveal large amounts of their breasts/cleavage or buttocks; characters are occasionally depicted nude, though their nipples and/or genitalia are obscured by blurry pixels.
  • The player has the option to go to a beach where people are in bikinis and men are shirtless. Nothing else and no nudity
  • There's a robot who says I can serve you pleasure not clear if he means it in a sexual way although nothing ever happens.

Violence & Gore

  • There is a scene where you have to mash a button, this scene ends with you punching someone's head off, not as graphic as it sounds
  • There's plenty of violence in this game, but most of it is comical and campy in nature. Most of the violence-blood ratio is fairly mild, but it goes off the charts when using other weapons such as the "Apoca-fists".
  • Shooting enemies will result in small splatters of blood. Using weapons such as "The Penetrator" or just pure hand-to-hand combat will produce a similar effect.
  • The player can light enemies on fire with a flamethrower.
  • Attacking enemies with more powerful weapons can do massive amounts of damage, which often leads to a large amount of explicit detail and effect. Weapons such as the "Apoca-fists" will cause enemies to completely explode into blood and gore.
  • There are lots of explosions and other action stunts throughout the game.

Profanity

  • There are uses of words like "Fuck", "Shit", "Ass", "Bitch" are censored for comedic effect.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some of the collectibles scattered about the game are large palettes of narcotics (presumably cocaine or heroin). The player can not use these drugs however.
  • In one mission, the player will wake up naked in a mansion, clearly intoxicated by some sort of drug.
  • The main character is sometimes shown drinking beer.
  • At one point in the game you have to find a drug dealer, but you don't purchase drugs from him.
  • There is a bar that you can go to in the game, but you cannot purchase drinks.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • While the majority of this game is comical it can get fairly intense at some points, as lots of the action stunts are very chaotic, but again, comical.
  • One character makes a slur for Asian which might be offensive.
  • Nothing is too bad in this game besides if the language wasn't censored.
