In the first series Tony told Kate that his father disowned him when Tony told his father that he wanted to be a cop. When Tony and Senior are talking in interrogation, Senior tells Tony this was "the big one, my retirement, your inheritance." Tony wouldn't have an inheritance if his father disowned him.
The term "Radio Officer" is used several times to describe the backseat occupant of a Navy fighter jet. The correct term is "Radar Intercept Officer" or RIO. One of the better-known examples of a RIO is Goose in Top Gun (1986).
Abby claims to be able to tell from the striations in a sliver of glass that it was was blown and pulled, from this she concludes that it is from a vintage wine bottle.
The sign that glass has been blown is the small air bubbles in it and the mouth of the vessel (bottle, vase etc), neither of which was part of the evidence. All glass has striations.
The glass shown also appeared to be fused pieces, which is not how wine bottles are made.
