The girls are let out because someone posts their bail. However the judge says they can either spend two more days in county or pay a fine. The C.O. comes in and says someone paid their bail. No bail was set for them. Getting out on bail means you don't have to stay in jail until your court date, but you do have to go back to court. These girls don't have to back to court. They don't need to be bailed out. They just have to have their fine paid.

(around 2 min.) During a slow-mo shot of a girl shouting at the screen, one of the shaded guys to her right turns and reflects a presumable cameraman dressed in black.
The girls are shown crossing the Sunshine Skyway bridge as they arrive in St. Petersburg. Faith is shown crossing it again when she leaves. The Sunshine Skyway is south of St. Pete, therefore the girls came to town from southern Florida, and Faith would be heading farther south instead of northward to her home.
