I will watch anything with time travel, and this has it. It has a good story, not the greatest looking film out there but it was enough to keep me interested. They tried their best with this obviously very low budget film but I was hooked on where the story was going, I enjoyed the girls story more. It's got some funny badly delivered lines, with some interesting time travel Rules. The director should have pushed for better performances to make it feel more real and the lighting needed to be better to make it more movie like. But I enjoyed it and watched all the way to the ending which I would have liked to see fleshed out more. Main actors where enjoyable but I feel they weren't comfortable or didn't have a lot of experience. Nice romantic story (didn't need the voice over) Worth a watch if you like time travel and have seen everything else.

Okay, so this movie is a little dated... and a good enough way to waste a snowy afternoon if you're going to be up and doing other things while you watch it (it's not that interesting). The story seams almost ripped from the past in a "back to the future" type way but has simply substituted a "back to the past" proposal instead. The acting is strained ~ and that feels distracting / and the story isn't convincing... a man is THAT motivated to turn back time simply for the glory of invention credit and fame? Naw.... maybe for a revenge fantasy but not for something less. Granted the actors had it tough with obviously limited budget and special effects to deal with - a story like this feels empty without a strong musical score which it lacks in a big way. I watched it, half-heartedly and grimmaced through the emotional scene which seemed well timed from camera angel to camera angel seeing they utilized the same person in duplicate for the story ---- I wanted to like this film but it just fell flat. The female lead doesn't act with her eyes...the scene doesn't embody her entire self for some reason / I always felt she was "working" for the camera fully aware as the actress that it was upon her --- instead of simply being the character only. The male lead was strangely over invested in getting credit for his invention / jealous in a more child than adult-like way and that underlined all the un-believable-ness about the plot which made it feel bland and yet suspiciously "not enough" at the same time. I also wonder how coincidentally they chose the name "Keaton" for his last name / being the same name as Michael J Fox's TV personnal in Family Ties? A little obvious if you asked me... to avoid any "knock off" reviews as a writer I would have axed that right from the start. It's a light movie you'll sit through (which doing something else like knitting or folding laundry) only to see how it ends. How did it end? Guess. Yep, you're right. Thanks for reading.
