Nearly all the film was shot using the actual homes of the Executive Producer and Producer.
Over 23 hours of raw footage was shot for the film, which included many improved segments in the "Bachlor" and "bachlorette" parties. Also, a lot of bridal party characters and groomsmen characters had their scenes/dialogue trimmed down for pacing.
Over a dozen pages of dialogue was removed from the script, including bridesmaids fights over ice cream, pizza and beer.
This film was shot before director Kabasinski's film SKULL FOREST, which was released to home video in August 2013. After SKULL FOREST, Kabasinski went back to finish NINJA:PROPHECY OF DEATH (released to home video April 2014) which also was shot before SKULL FOREST. After those projects were completed and released, he gathered all the footage from this project and decided to pare it down to a short film and release it as a "bonus feature" on the BLOOD MERCURY home video.
