noble intentions

A beautiful message. And nice rediscover of Vernon Dobtceff. The two virtues of this short film, obvious good intentioned but full of holes . Because many scenes are forced, because it seems only a superficial moral lesson, because the things are not connected and because the lesson of venerable man to young woman seems cruel, bizarre and...fake. But , sure, the murders are not forgettable and the discover of the past of family remains a real necessity. So, the result can be defined as reasonable. And the moral lesson, reminding fairy tales from childhood, a decent gift to the viewer.
