Fantastic video - more please!
This video starts off with a sweet time lapse, then a nice mood-setting slow motion shot of Jay Demerit walking in a Vancouver alley in the rain (it always seems to rain in Vancouver). He talks some more about growing up with soccer and why it's so important to him. Then he takes us to his Balls on a Wall warmup.
It's deceivingly simple - put some taped squares up on a wall, and kick a ball to try and hit your targets. It apparently improves your aim and passing abilities. Watching Jay in action, I'm inclined to believe him! As Jay says, one of the best things about soccer is that you can play it anywhere. Watching these videos definitely makes me want to get back into the game! Nice job!
