Toadie is again hard to dislike here and his anger is understandable but is going to need to abate soon.Lucas strikes a nice middle ground, although his having Sonya and Jade to stay is a bit odd.His chat with Toadie at the hospital is nicely played.Susan is at her snobbish worst and even Libby calls her on it.The treatment of everyone's relationship with Paul is just weird:Apparently, Sonya's more hated than the resident murderer nowadays.
Kyle blundering through the episode manages to steal every scene he's in, especially when stripping down in front of Libby and insisting on calling her "Miss Kennedy".Mark, having apparently selected Kyle as his new Declan, just comes across as officious.Any idea that he's not sympathetic is dispelled by the fact that he's only running late because he stops to comfort Tash.
