Super fun parody
arwinballzak18 October 2022
It's a parody of a great Hollywood movie starring people with the acting ability of mute, deaf, circus monkey's on anti-depressants. Is it gonna be amazing? No. Is it fun as a parody? Yes. The film follows pilots who were all selected to take part in Top Guns (yes you read that right) to show their skills. It then becomes a competition between the boys and the girls and obviously the girls have the perfect plan to distract the boys. Best advice for the viewer is to grab the lube.... Uhm.... Popcorn, sit back, relax, and enjoy the fun. Amazing visual effects (not really dumbass) just sends this movie into the awesome category.

The Worst of Both Worlds
Chow5364921 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
I went in with high expectations. I thought it might be a parody with sex or a sex movie with plot. It was neither. It was more like an El Camino - the worst of both worlds. If you want plot watch Caligula. If you want parody watch Hot Shots. If you want to see what it looks like when everyone is out of their element then watch Top Guns. The dialogue is awful, the VFX are awful, the scene for scene rip offs are awful, the constant 30g readout on the HUD was awful... the list of awfulness goes on.

Lets talk about the good stuff. The stock footage at the beginning was well placed. The variety of beautiful girls was impressive. The theme of female empowerment through teamwork in a hyper competitive environment was wonderful.

The list of positives in this movie is short and undistinguished. If you told me the five page script for this movie was written by the first chat GPT precursor in 2011 I would believe it.

The bad guys in the movie were from North Korea. Of course they did this so they could make a meta sequel similar to The Interview where the cast is hunted down in real life by North Korean agents. Just kidding. You cant salvage this. I took my signed copy to the nearest thrift store. They refused to accept it. Rightfully so. They don't make them like this any more for good reason.

Enjoyable ripoff
lor_10 July 2021
IMDb publishes but doesn't check for accuracy (let alone believability) of budget figures, so this Digital Playground ripoff of mainstream hit "Top Gun" being listed at a million bucks is ridiculous.

What we have is a silly sex version, obviously cheaply made, with lousy model-shot dogfight footage substituting for actual flying.

Dumb story pits the men versus the women as navy fighter pilots, with the women winning the competition, and ultimately contract stars Jesse Jane and Kayden Kross tying in a tournament to win medals. Final plot twist of our heroines shooting down some North Korean fighter jets invading California air space is truly silly.

But to satisfy porn parody fans, who insist on deja vu imitation in place of creativity, there are many idiotic take offs on the Tom Cruise hit included. Erik Everhard, only cast member not to get an original nickname (he is merely called Everhard) even apes Cruise by briefly (thankfully) breaking out into a vocal of the Righteous Bros.' "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" at a bar; Raven Alexis marches into a pilots' class like Kelly McGillis, though her role is quite different; and even Kayden is momentarily poised in a Val Kilmer competition opposite Jesse's Cruise, that goes nowhere.

Sex scenes are relatively concise to make room for lotsa dialog plus the dogfights.
