At 123 minutes, the original rough cut ran to around 3h and 45m.
Much of the dialogue was heavily reworked through improvisation to create a sense of naturalism to the scenes.
The film was shot over a 15 day period, using multiple DSLR cameras to evoke a Dogme-95 atmosphere on set.
All actors provided their own singing voices.
The film was shot at Showpony studios and the Wise Hall, both located in Vancouver BC.
