Everyone reads Tina's diary which says she is not on drugs; it is well-written and if the Nazis get them, it could be all that is left of the Belcher family. Linda wants to throw her daughter an extra-special 13th birthday party. Tina wants a co-ed party with DJ, smoke machine, disco ball...and the perfect first kiss from Jimmy, Jr. Her party is going to be expensive, so Bob moonlights by driving a taxi at night for Fischoeder. Bob makes interesting new nighttime friends. The most expensive part of the party turns out to be Jimmy, Jr. The birthday girl is pretty in pink... and awaiting her prince. Will Bob be able to pay the price required to give his older daughter her fantasy "Thirteen Candles"?
