- Sandy Deans has never had to think of anyone but himself and he is not going to start now. He wants to be a rock star. But it is not just money and the adulation of fans that he desires. He likes the lifestyle of sex and drugs. Now he is getting greedy. At a late-night party he meets Jack Feral, obviously a successful investor, who boasts connections with the music business. Naturally Sandy wants to get to know this man. Sandy has what could be described as a night to remember with the beautiful Bernice, except that Sandy's memory is slightly impaired by drink and drugs. Sandy readily agrees to meet Jack in his pub to give him some cash for a quick investment in property. The door to the pub is opened early one morning by Steve the barman. Sandy has made sure he has arrived on time to impress Jack. When he enters the bar, Sandy's album is playing and his ego swells. But when he hands over the cash to Jack, things start to go wrong.
