Not every animated short has to have a great meaning or a great joke behind it; I am sure that in some case it goes no further than an interesting idea and then the drive to make it real. This short film seems to be one of those as the idea is basically Swan Lake told with two sumo wrestlers and Godzilla in the role of Von Rothbart. The story you need to know to follow it from this animation (because it doesn't really help you much and it is very short!) but essentially what we have is ballet performed by two wrestlers and a battle (involving dance) against a giant lizard.
In terms of content I had nothing else to this film but that, but this is not to say that I did not enjoy the animation. The novelty of the idea carries it and, since it is so short it can get away with that for the most part. Visually it is simple but yet creative, with the pencil- drawn style animation constantly shifting and moving. Not sure how Holfeld had the idea but he delivers it well visually for a nice little short film that does what it says even if it doesn't do more.
