The richest of the rich pull no punches in this one. Breaking up relationships, destroying unions, bullying their peers (that's OK), and so on. We also have some budding romances at work. The woman who has been under her sister's thumb forever agrees to marry a local minister, which will cause great distress, including being disinherited. This is fun to watch because for the most part they are cutting their own smug little throats. We have the continuing battle for the opera dollar between the new Metropolitan Opera and the Music Academy. Starting their seasons the same night. We also have the young black journalist with the proud, almost smug, smile heading south and moving on dangerous grounds. I have a feeling she is about to be educated.

I had to post my review as this episode made me scream and kick in the air with aunty's new found love. Their scenes were so subtle and sweet. The one where the rector first sends her the positive message was a total heart attack. That was so smooth that I almost think that the producers are watching some k-drama and showing that those times you didn't need much showy signs to declare your interest. Then the part at the church was epic. Seems our auntie was finally discovered. Good for her. Meanwhile the smarty dress Mrs Russell keeps coming with so many good surprises and ideas to fix her position as the strong and top lady of this new society.
