- The Bulk is completely naked throughout the film, but has no visible genitalia.
- Some sexual innuendos, most notably surrounding an impotent character. This character's name is also pronounced differently throughout the film, with his preferred pronunciation sounding like a partial sexual expletive.
- There is a prolonged scene wherein video footage of space stations and satellites are used to simulate sexual acts. This isn't particularly graphic but the implication is obvious.
Violence & Gore

- Two guards are reduced to skeletons with an electric device. Non-graphic and 'cartoony'.
- The level of violence and its impact is severely mitigated by the cartoon-like effects.
- The Bulk presumably kills a woman by punching her in the side of the head. Not graphic.
- The Bulk crushes a guard with his foot. This happens on a number of occasions.
- The Bulk crushes a man's head between his fists, but this is very brief and only implied.
- Two characters fall to their deaths as the result of a struggle. Their bodies can be seen lying on the ground.
- The cgi will kill you in real life
- A hooker is shot and blood is shown. Probably the most graphic death in the film, and it is only moderately so.
- A lady is crushed by a car. Non-graphic and the aftermath isn't shown.
- Some gun shots with blood splattering. The Bulk's blood is purple and he is never harmed by these bullets, however.
