- There is a pile of disfigured gangers, left to rot, while still concious. Very disturbing scene.
- You hear someone get eaten but this is off screen.
- The Doctor get knocked out with a metal rod.
- A very frightening monster with some human attributes crawls after the Doctor and the crew. In the end a clone of the Doctor and another clone destroys it while killing themselves in the process.
- The Doctor pushes Amy against the wall and starts shouting at her. Quite frightening.
