- Throughout almost half the storyline, Rick's girlfriend Jennifer is seen fully naked both from the front and the back at many points in the game. Everything is seen and the camera never hinders from her when she is shown. This is even pointed out by the Terror Mask in a fourth-wall break.
Violence & Gore

- The game is extremely gory and very brutally violent. Rick uses either his hands or makeshift weapons to rip apart his enemies. Whenever Rick kills an enemy, blood and guts flies everywhere and blood is seen almost every second of the game.
- There are special sequences when fighting enemies where a yellow marker will appear around their bodies, and if you press the right button, you perform a brutally graphic finishing move on them, blood and guts spewing all over the floor and your screen. A lot of graphic bloody violence in every single fight in the game, both enemies and bosses.

- There is very strong language in the game and throughout the game as well. Many uses of fuck, shit, hell, damn, ass, and more many times in a small period of time.
