This is a serial killer story. We hear a rant from a sociopath who doesn't know how textbook he is. One by one he kidnaps and kills the ills of society, or at least in his eyes, or at least in his story. Because not for one minute is his rant believable. It's all about having a heroic excuse to BTK. This flick is ok but only just. Most of it rings true. Of course there were flaws in his history, reasoning and therefore, his conclusions. The biggest flaws would be the need to kill his subjects. The kind of thing lost on our hero.
