- The Canadian version features occasional use of words like 'crap' or 'suck' that are edited out of the Disney Channel version. One scene in the Canadian version features comically bleeped out cursing.
- In one episode, a girl named Erica gets in to cheerleading Sarah said "don't bite anyone" so Erica says "why they've been telling me to bite them for years" implying adult terms "biteme" or "bite my ass" the phrase "bite me" refers to ("Bite me" can also just indicate annoyance in a totally non-sexual way).
