Transylvania 6-5000 (1963) had been featured previously in Guest Curator Day (2021), and Transylvania 6-5000 (1963), Dr. Jerkyl's Hide (1954), and Transylvania Mania (1968) had all been featured previously in Vampire Weekday (2021).
At the time this episode first aired, Dr. Jerkyl's Hide (1954) had not yet been released by Warner Bros. on DVD or Blu-ray, though a restored print was available to watch on the HBO Max streaming platform.
In an ironic twist, it is revealed that Toony suffers from pupaphobia - the irrational fear of puppets. Toony the Tuna is, of course, himself portrayed by a puppet.
