- Alicia defends a man accused of murdering a fellow prison inmate two weeks before he was due to be released. She's up against her old nemesis, Cary Agos, but is one step ahead of him due primarily to Kalinda's investigative work. Frustrated, Cary turns to an old friend who is out of the business to do him a favor and do a bit of investigating for them. When he finds that the accused has a connection to drug lord Lemond Bishop, Cary may have a step up. Meanwhile, the campaign for State's Attorney is getting nasty. Wendy Scott-Carr is upset that a poster questioning her loyalty to the black community is now in circulation. She approaches Alicia with another poster she 'found' about Zach and Becca's relationship. It's left to Eli Gold to try and clean up the mess.—garykmcd
