- The three-minute opening montage at the beginning of the episode shows a prostitute with various clients. We see her moving her head down toward their laps multiple times and the mens pleasures facial expressions are seen briefly. Nothing graphic is shown.
- A woman sexually stimulates her husband with her hand while he is lying in a hospital bed (completely offscreen however movement can be seen). Their dialogue refers to this action with euphemisms, but all we see is the somewhat pleasured expression on his face.
- A man (shirtless) and a woman (with a shirt) are shown lying in bed, presumably after sex.

- Two men are run over by a car. One gets caught under the tires in disturbing fashion, the other one is sent flying of the roof of the car and has their leg visibly disfigured with a pretty nasty gash on his forehead. Seconds later, one of the men run-over is shot in the head. His blood splattering over the pavement is in-focus.
- A man discusses a violent crime that involves a woman being beaten to death, he goes into descriptive detail about how much blood there was. However this is never shown.
