I AM SORRY is a tongue-in-cheek look at the development and production process behind independent film making. By using light-heartedness as a vehicle to drive the story, the film takes a conversation of frustration that usually only takes place among filmmakers in privacy and puts it out there, in an attempt to create an open dialog as well as challenge the methods used by producers and financiers who create false hopes and mislead up and coming independent filmmakers to the point of compromising their vision.
