Another episode not focussed on Alf. Who cares really.

Warning: Spoilers
Two fairly good story lines get a nice nudge along here.Ben's arrival in Summer Bay sees some good development for all the characters. His scenes with Sally have to be among the sweetest things on offer, with Sally's "You can if you like" after snapping that he can't play with her dog making you want to hug both of them.Nev is frustrated by the whole thing(especially when Floss doesn't seem to realise she's just introduced her husband as Neville Neville)but seems to be softening towards his grandson, until Ben threatens to pull the rug out from under them at the end.

Barlow becomes more and more disturbing, with the scene of Sandra listening to him beating her mum being genuinely shocking.Sandra is beginning to realise just how twisted her family is while Kerry prefers to live in denial.Ailsa's discomfort when Sandra goes to her for help is distressing but believable given her history.Barnett confirming that no-one in town likes Barlow either is a nice touch.
