Sex & Nudity

  • Male genitalia are occasionally depicted in non-sexual situations.
  • In Series 1, in some episodes there are infrequent strong sex referances including sexual terms for male genitalia.
  • Karl says "I could eat a knob at night", refering to eating a penis.
  • some other moderate sex references occasionally occur in Series 1.
  • In Series 2, the sex references are more frequent and crude. Including constant crude sex references to "Gay Magazine" content, and strong verbal references to Male genitalia. Lots of other frequent strong crude sexual references occur throughout Series 2, and they are stronger than the sexual content in Series 1.

Violence & Gore

  • Since the show is animated there is some occasional mild comic violence, but none graphic.

Profanity

  • The profanity in Series 1 is more infrequent than in the other two seasons, so words like "Fuck" are only heard on occasion.
  • Some moderate/mild language includes multiple uses of "bollocks" "shit" "knob""twat" "bastard" and other mild language occurs throughout Series 1.
  • In Series 2, the profanity levels are much higher than Series 1.
  • There are up to three uses of "cunt" in one episode, and in other episodes Ricky Gervais occasionally drops a use of "cunt", and the word "fuck" is frequent and is heard throughout the series at least once almost every episode. Including lots of sexual slang "cock" "dick" "bollocks" "knob" and other uses of moderate/mild language are present "shit" "arse" "twat".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • In some episodes there are passing drug referances.
