The host is painful. She has a false sincerity that makes my skin crawl. I just want her to stop talking altogether. The judges seem rather uninterested and mostly unimpressed. We have made it through only one full episode so far. It's...got fun Hershey's trivia though. So there's that?

By 2024, program gained world-wide TV audiences distribution on cable, while at its birthplace of both the chocolate brand and the show in North America format remained same altering many show business faces periodically.
Issue of 2023 was the rating gaining challenge for rating E, as an improvement from PG11+, as far as I can gather info from Ontario, Canada. Because I run a boutique video production firm myself herein, I have to pursue the industrial trends of top-notch commercials.
Since Hershey's Canada had been chosen as the top best employer regarding the employee satisfactions nation-wide, therefore to me catching up its commercial releases and reproductions are a beneficial task.
Last year independent from the Reality Show and TLC running schedules, Hershey's Chocolates had also aired a new Mother Day's commercial. Lately since 2022, afro-american heroes and heroines host every release in any platform Hershey's are showdowning at.
Taking place inside Hershey's Chocolate World, fantasy and reality combine, in the wee hours after late night. Competing to create the best chocolate candy, confectioners must eliminate barriers of thrill rides while racing against time. I just added an objective plotline myself, before posting this review.

First Season requires PG11+ rating, due to teen-slasher and masked Jason kind of serial killer dark comedy phenomena, guide your 11 year-old or further under-age child during watching.
Why my rating is so low?
I am a story-teller. I give gold to stories and originals. I vote down copycat and spoofy material everywhere. But this does not mean, Chocolate Meltdown lacks any fun or entertainment.
Entertaining quality is 10 stars. Your kids will love it.
