I still remember when Mayor Peter Chase enters the show, he proudly calls himself a "victims' rights activist". Whatever happened to that? Wouldn't what the PC did in this episode be something he celebrates? Or did he just flip-flops, like every other career politicians (something that he's not)?

Chase needs to go!

Warning: Spoilers
Do not care for the new Mayor. He's a bully, and the writers have Frank turned all wussy in not standing up to him. Several episodes the Mayor is just a flat out complete and utter jerk, who shows no respect to the PC or Frank. At least with Mayor Poole you knew that he and Frank had different idealogues, but they respected each other and didn't talk down or try to bully like Chase does. Get our Frank Reagan back, maybe Frank should resign and leave the PC in chaos as Chase finds out he can't be a bully or a jerk. He has to compromise, and if he wants respect then he better give it as well. But please, give Frank his spine back!
