Her portrait of Louise, a human resources adviser, under the pressure of different interests of people around her at job , front to a tough decision about the future of her secretary, not the most competent, the blackmail of the husband of secretary versus the recomandation of the firing of two workers is just great.

She is a honest woman, interested to the good of others, looking for made the right, fair decision.

But the others are far to be like her.

Few scenes of film are just admirable, from the cleansing to the reaction against the husband of her secretary day after blackmail.

But the last scene is just perfect as expression of revolt and too many frustrations, to cold reaction , pragmatic, off course, of her boss .

In short, a wise crafted short film.
