Kranti is another addition to well intentioned concept isn't enough to make a good film. With all it's efforts, Kranti is another fan frenzy fare with ordinary treatment. Unlike the well hyped Roberrt, this one even resorts to ordinary fight scenes which get repetitive. The Old vine in new bottle film does everything to elevate it's superstar, gives him enough dialogues to preach about everything he wants to, throws him enough stuntmen to get beaten up, an item song to dance and a socially relevant issue for him to solve over a speech.

What it lacked was a better treatment. Random scenes are inserted for the sake of entertainment and it mostly don't work. There is no clarity about the father-son relationship, why the son was sent away for 20 years and them patching up lacks impact due to this. Nobody's a match to Kranti's character due to underwritten characters right from the heroine to the main supporting character to the two villains. I am just giving another 0.5stars extra for Umashree and Mukhyamantri Chandru's dancing in Shake It Pushpavathi song.

Kranti is just another forgettable Darshan film.

This is a proper commercial movie in the disguise of a good message. This doesn't even compete against movie like kantaara or kgf. Unnecessary comedy scenes which is more cringe than funny. A talented actor like darshan who acts in sangolli rayanna or kurukshethra is portrayed in this movie as a guy who comes and fights everyone and goes home, that's it!

There are talented actors like achyut Kumar, mukhyantri chandru, Ravi chandran and umashree in this movie but their roles are so dull and boring. Ravi chandran only has dialogues in the second half of the movie and his acting is average. The director and producer think that making a feel good movie with good message will bring them lots of money and fame but sandalwood has grown so much more than that. Stop insulting darshan by asking him to act in movies like this.

It's a social message story Darshan swag was superb Rachita ram and darshan chemistry not worked Train scene was cringe It's totally average movie just to see darshan sir actin In this film his name was kranti as seen in trailer Darshan was business as story started After he comes to india you watch film then you understand why he came to india what the reason behind in this Interval bang was superb climax was okk Dharani song was totally goosebumps rachita looking fabulous it's story about govt school and private school as darshan sir told in pressmeet bombe song was my fvt song tell yours and take it pushpavati song theatre turned into stadium.

The fan base which darshan sir is having , I don't think so no body is having . But is darshan giving justice to his fan ? Answer NO . Making clinched film . And portraying same film as the best movie is never accepted. The kranti movie also goes in same path . Same old sterio typed movie . 4 fights 5 songs buildup and a formulated ending .Darshan sir is a great actor but why can't he spend some time in selecting story . Anyways KRANTI is such a outdated movie .anybody can get bored of it . Atleast could have trimmed a movie well . This 2 star is oly for one good song . Darshan sir come out of comfort. As u say give some time and make good moview for your CELEBRITIES !

Kranti film came with a lot of expectations, but completely FAILED to live any of it. The whole film drags and moves forward so slowly at snail's pace. The plot is not interesting at all and is just a routine hero against corrupt organisation thing, with that same old social message stuff, that we have seen countless number of times before. And even after keeping all things considered, it doesn't even manages to entertain as well - which was it's main job. The whole setup, camera work, dialogues, cinematography and the action feels so outdated. Even the performances by the leads were not appropriate, it seemed they aren't interested in this film too. And direction is very weak. Overall Kranti is a train wreck and I won't recommend this at all.

Kranti a movie by Dboss is an amazing movie. A decent work with a good message. And definitely the fights are amazing. A commercial and revolutionary hit. The director has done a great job and from the beginning I'm a big fan of challenging star Darshan . The other actors like Dr. Ravichandran has done a brilliant role although it is very short. All the songs are great and especially "Dharani" song is a masterpiece. The lyrics still give me goosebumps!!!

And i must mention Umashree ma'am who as usual has done a commendable job. Even with a lot of things happening around the movie has come just fine. Jai D Boss. Watch kannada movies in theaters!!

Movie is too boring. Darshan should really come out of his comfort zone . He has got so much potential. He has to select good script movies .

It has some same old meaning ending story which nobody cares about .

The movie has the same mass entry , one item song , meaning less jokes , comedy villains, meaning less punch lines and very slow story line .

You will definitely get bored. Darshan fan base we all know so this won't be a flop . But I think Darshan should not take his fan base for granted.

I m expecting a lot from him because he has the capability for a pan India movie .

This film is a huge flop.

As a neutral audien I am writing this review. This is one of the biggest and most anticipated movie in KFI. And the movie is appreciated in Every part of Karnataka and worldwide for its story. This kind of opening is required for KFI for 2023 and it started with Kranti. After KGF CHAPTER 2 and KANTARA KFI required this kind of opening. And this movie is feast for DBOSS Fans. After facing lot of problems (like media Ban, misunderstood controversy about Punit Rajkumar etc..)this film is released and getting good appreciation from every one in country . Movie has more pros when compared with cons , like * Darshan Acting *BGM& Music * Comedy * Education importance and how government schools are decreased * Family audience can easily watch.

This movies is tell about how to privect sector accuse government school for is own developments the being of this movie is good but sometime is boring fights enged the story line. Music is good camera work is not good political members how to involved in education field to profit is own business 1st half is better and 2 nd half is some scenes are boring darshan sir acting mass dilogues fights is best acting is level totally this movie show education is not a property is the future of society to grew up the government school. Directions is some scenes failed to deliver is best totally mass familly massageing movie.

After watching Kantara, KGF-1 and other Kannada movies in recent times, I watched this movie with higher hopes of solid story and good performances.

The story itself is repeated so many times in the southern film industry that you can predict the story in the first scene of the movie itself.

I felt like Darshan is really physically unfit at this stage of his life and looks like the alcoholic uncle that visits your home once in a year. The lead actress doesn't perform well either.

The director has taken the audience for granted and has created a really bad movie as a result. I hope Kannada film industry gets better actors and directors than this movie has. I definitely don't recommend this movie to anyone.

Same old outdated story presentation. - Lead actor "Hero" is going to fight ALL the corruption with his might, excellent IQ and sheer will power.. Unnecessary Punch Dialogues, very slow narration, Cringe dialogues, cringe emotions, cringe intro of main characters, over the top action and overacting through and through.. Some of the scenes where Darshan is being interviewed in the beginning is so fake one cant even start to describe. Never has any human being interviewed in that fashion.

The movie is made for a certain fan-base and would not appeal to anyone else. Looks like the lead actor has political ambitions and he is looking to portray himself as some sort of messiah..

What's wrong with KFI??? One side we see new talents making some extraordinary movies which gets success allover India & global appreciation. On the other side senior star actors with high budget are making some trash. Kranti as the name says revolution & it's a revolution in education field... Private school mafia their fee structure, donation and how they loot poor. But this kind of story has been tried and tested n no.of times so nothing new. Darshan again picks the same story and adds nothing new to it... Yuvarathna did the same mistake. Nobody gives a solution they just showcase the loopholes which is known to every citizen. Harikrishna should stop direction coz it's not his cup of tea. No doubt he is a good music director & should concentrate more on music. Harikrishna is still in Yajamana hangover where he show cooking oil mafia exploiting farmers. Here it's education private schools. First half of the movie lags alot coz of slow screenplay, Darshan is repeating the same mistake again n again same kind of dialogue delivery, non-synchronised stunts, poor VFX literally makes the viewer laugh. He should come out of his comfort zone and experiment new stories. Same old mass masala where whole movie is hero based self centred story doesn't work. May be his fans will like whatever he does but there should be some limit. If it gets repeated Darshan's film career will be on stake nothing else.

D Boss taken complete cinema on his shoulder, Film has complete entertainment Masalas, Movie can be watchable with Entire Family.. Songs at its best , Pusphpavathi with Good Beats , Dharani with Kannada and Karnataka Values and Bombe song with Boss super physic and Cool Music and Background Action sequences and Comedy with Sadhu and Others has been worked out well.

Good content story on education and importance of Government School and present situation of schools and corruption officers which made every one think on Government School values .

Director fails to carry the movie, and there no suspense or any interest in movie at any point of time. There is no scope for acting performance of dboss. Mainly the fights are worst one i have seen in recent days. Inspite of dboss fan ,im saying don't go for movie with high expectations, simply u waste your money 💸. Director fails to give songs at right times .

In song bombe bombe ,the YouTube released video is much far better than simply walking in open shirt. Darshan sir now onwards has to choice right movie team and story. But one thing in astonishing is that the way dboss makeover is body. Jai dboss 🔥

This is what happens when a music composer becomes a Film Director and a person who's known for showoff in acting skills (Hemanth Kumar alias Darshan Thoogudeep) becomes the male lead. Absolutely cliché storyline, Gravity defying fights, Unnecessary build-up etc. This movie is a combo of Another Kannada movie Yuvarathnaa and Telugu movie Maharshi, Except Pushpavathi and Bombe songs rest of them are forgettable. The major drawback is Antagonist has been portrayed as comical character. It's better if the arrogant producer Shylaja Nag stop spending money on these kind of trashy movies, she's extremely arrogant and overconfident.

This is not a bad movie, you can watch it one time for a good message, and a meaningful story. Worth to watch it. However, the presentation should be short and crisp, as it will attract more public. Overall average movie with a great message.

Well you can watch any Kannada movie it has a well-connected story but here lack some spark even though the story has potential. In short one time watchable and can be enjoyed with family.

Other actor roles should be expanded to add more species to the movie. You will not get the perfect masala but okay okay.

Good visuals ,good story selection But buildups , sidetracking the story line , out focusing the intentions of the movie made it boring for me Good for fans Common audience like me can watch once .

I prefer to watch ott than theatre as its a normal movie Encouraging good movies in theatre is must we kannadigas support all good movies

A movie with no sense, just a super hero status for the main character. Lackluster storyline, lackluster performances.

A movie may not have a great content, but it at least should be entertaining.

This one sucks throughout.

The entire education structure is broken down, children killed, buildings demolished by thugs in cohort with the Education Minister and the Chief Minister is nowhere to be seen questioning this. When suddenly in the end the hero breaks down the the system, she suddenly appears from nowhere as if she is a flag bearer.

Even if you leave your brains out this is totally totally unwatchable. Torture till the end.

Sometimes writing 600 words is so so very difficult for reviews and I cannot point out even one positive.

I didn't like his previous movies like yajamana Robert, odeya etc.. but this movie not like that

Don't miss it please, Bcz director did great job🔥🔥.he improved from his last movie.

Movie start slowly but after it gets mileage.. Positives: 1) Director has clear idea to what to do.

2) Director shows darshan's old acting skills and it's worked!!

3) old pair darshan and rachita chemistry is so cute😇.

4) Good background music and songs 🔥 5) Ravishankar act 6)

Negatives: 1) some scenes had lost logics 2) Small space for supporting characters and include villains also !!

3) No saperate track for comedy. Some scenes feels unmatured.

4) Story has limit.
