Did You Know?

Trivia Director Antony Cordier said that before filming he agreed with Marina Foïs that in her love scenes, she would go all the way. "There are love scenes in cinema where you can see that the actors don't really want to, where finally you only film half of what should be filmed, you don't go all the way and it becomes very very embarrassing. If the actors go to the end, it is much less embarrassing for the spectator and we accept it much more in fact," Cordier said. "What's good about cinema is that we can try things we've never tried, like having sex with Nicolas Duvauchelle," Fois commented, adding that it wasn't a problem doing the scene that way because she is 'very interested in sex'. Duvauchelle, on his own part, said, "I do what I'm told, like an employee. A sex scene is purely physical, there's no motive to deliver, it's not complicated." See more »
