Fast Paced Thriller

It is not often I find myself watching a movie like this and I think wow, this is actually pretty good. It doesn't happen many times per year. So I'm happy and smiling after watching this movie.

Of course it's not perfect. Perfect movies don't exist. The ending was a bit off, it just felt a little rushed. Mabye it wast just me that felt that way but regardless of what it was it's still entertaining and that's all that mattered. If a fast paced thrill seeking film is what your looking for then your in luck. Sin Apple has lots to offer for that folks who love that type of genre. Impressive work to the cast and director.

Worthy of watching repeatedly!!

I would highly recommend this film to any one! The writer, the actors and actresses, the whole production was a success! Between the storyline and the performance it definitely kept me on my toes, eager to find out what would happen next.

A must watch! I'd highly recommend this!

I'm certainly going to be watching this again tonight :)

Truly, Kenya Cagle is a phenomenal artist!! He needs to create more films!! I'm so looking forward to viewing his next film!

My popcorn is literally heating up as I type this, ready to re-watch this amazing film! Check it out for yourself! You will not be disappointed!

A MUST SEE!

Kenya Cagle has done it again! What a magnificent film, very thought provoking, it mirrors a lot of what is happening in relationships today. Usually it's women who are obsessed with the men but Sin Apple brought a complete twist by switching the roles. It also brings light to what a person will do to get what they want no matter the cost. Sin Apple was honest and straightforward, yet deeply moving in its details. This is why I highly recommend everyone to go and see this film. It's so much truth in it and the actors were great, bringing the film to life. It was very intense, holding my breath in amazement at times but I enjoyed every minute of it.

Great film!

Sin Apple is a great film that I recommend for all to see... The cast members were intense and outstanding. This film was based on a man who was obsessed beyond sinful belief. This woman that he put under a spell pertaining to love only him. The scenes were compelling and believable. The suspense in this film was heart wrenching and memorable. Kenya Cagle drive and passion brings forth the production and realization of the experience to the film. Many films were made on horror, but this one is a must-see film. Sin Apple related and established the wide developments of a great film. Lastly, for all have sinned and fall short!

One Star Is Not Low Enough!

1/10 stars is polite. 0/10 is more accurate. I went into this film with pretty low expectations and I was somehow still extremely disappointed and shocked by how horrible it was. From the horrible acting to the unnecessarily long and annoying scenes, this movie had very little (I would even dare to say it had NOTHING) good about it. To be frank, if I never watched this movie again, it would still be too soon. Do not watch this movie if you hope for a pleasant evening instead of one consisting of extreme confusion and a desire to smash whatever device you stream on until it is a fine dust. Save your time and energy & spare your brain cells from having to go through the torturous event of watching Sin Apple.

Good movie

Sin apple is an intense movie of lust and desire. What you may want may not be what you actually wanted. There's always a consequence to your actions and reactions. The movie has it's twist and turns with good actors for the most part. A great independent film. There was a lot in this movie that gave good thriller movie vibes and feels. Scenes were clear and well shot in Las Vegas which looked amazing. Realistically, this should be considered a Christian Horror or Christian Thriller. The actors and actresses gave a great performances. If you haven't seen this movie I would recommend it. A wonderful independent movie and can't wait to see more by this director.

Terrible Movie

By far the absolute worst film I have ever seen in my life. The unnecessary badly-written dialogue in this movie drags for so long. If you are looking for a horror movie to watch, skip this one.

The film was almost over two hours yet the plot was never established. The plot-line was unorganized and seemed to have been lacking throughout the entire film.

The effects and transitions were visually unsatisfying and consistently amateurish.

The cast came with terrible acting and scenes were emotionally lacking.

The director Kenya Cagle should perhaps consider early retirement considering this film was an abomination.

I've seen so many films with similar story-lines but this was different. The actors had real emotions and were passionate in their roles and the plot thankfully had soo many twists and turns it was really hard to guess what would happen next. There were also many moments in the film I was yelling at the screen meaning as you get into the film you really do get invested into the characters. I also think the title of the film was clever and the actress playing Madam Latasha is one talented individual. This film does have potential for even a part two so hopefully we can get that soon. Make it happen please!

Watched with my husband and it didn't take us more than half an hour to figure out this movie was a skip! However, despite not seeing much potential in the first quarter of the movie, we continued watching up until there were a good 15 minutes of the movie left. It was at that point that we could not take anymore and had to find something else to watch. It was clear we made a mistake in sticking around.

The characters and story the writer of this movie penned were very difficult to understand or like. In the last hour of the movie, absolutely nothing seems to be connected and even the actors seem to be lost in the chaos of the discombobulated story as their performances seemed to worsen and worsen. I wouldn't recommend watching this movie unless you like very badly written movies that aren't worth anyone's valuable time.

As sinful as it gets

Tricky, intriguing and edge of the seat thriller can be a few adjectives given to this. When the climax reaches and you almost believe that you have found almost all your answers instead it will drive you crazy with more questions. For sure, Sin Apple is movie which keeps your interest alive moment the thrilling part kicks in which happens quick just as we learn more about the characters which is important I feel like. Give it a try as you weren't be disappointed. I'm usually a little annoyed at how cheesy indie films are but this is up there with some of the better, bigger budget films. This film has my support.

Suspenseful

What a roller-coaster. Really great suspenseful movie. Kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire movie. Outstanding acting by Melessa Avery and Beverly Brown. Awesome to see Kenya Kenya Cagle . He's a great director and actor. Though I thought i was gonna be completely annoyed by the main character but ended up loving her character. The actors and writing get you really rooting for all the main cast and hoping they all make it till the end. Really cool concept. I give this a 10/10. I have no complaints! Support and watch this film so it gets the attention it rightfully deserves. Well done.

Intense

Loved it. A man places a a woman under a spell for her to fall in love with him. What could go wrong? Everything! Exciting film with lots of plot twists and unpredictable fun. I think the actors all did their part and considering this isn't a big budget film it's still done with top notch editing, sound and acting. The script is solid too, didn't drag out and with other films like this i could guess what's next but not this one. Kudos to Kenya Cagle, a film worth watching if your into the horror, thriller genre. A weekend movie to watch with friends and family for sure. Grab some popcorn and enjoy the ride.

How do I keep getting sucked into these Christian movies?

My eye is valid for hood booger movies from africans on the ave, asians while waiting for a cut, and now Tubi. This passed the test!! But only 1 of them. These types always seem like a fantasy of the creator because they give the male lead all the power and control they lack IRL. Always hilarious! "Sin Apple" has the worst parts of 2 great cities, toxic masculinity, toxic christianity, colorism and far right leaning vibes which is nasty for an all black cast. Highlights: street prophet=future EGOT. Lowlight: everything else. So many questions but these types hate to answer them so I won't ask.

Great Award Winning Movie.

Is a well written movie about the dangers of working in the occult and black magic. The movie takes us through two destinations. Sin City which is Las Vegas. And New York the big apple. Between these two cities we learned that there are demons all around. There is something subtle going on which is threatening those around us. The main character is so in love with the woman that he decides to dabble into black magic in order to win her affections. He is surprised when things go horribly wrong. He realizes that she is in love with someone else. And she is only with him because she cannot help herself because of the spell. The acting is superb. That is why both lead actors won best acting awards from prominent film festivals. The script is fantastic. You will enjoy this piece.

Here i am...singing the praises of a movie because i know someone involved in it. And even though i KNOW it's terrible i'm going to give it a ten star rating and say how GREAT it is...that Kenya Cagle has done it again! That it should be nominated in every category in every award show. Even from ones from other years than when this movie came out...and yes. This is my only review on imdb...BUT... the choreography, the cinematography, the costumes, the music, the acting, the direction, the way the wind blows to show that everything knows that it's wowee wow wow! And christopher walken wasn't even IN this movie... so why bother seeing it?

I was pleasantly surprised to see this black horror film. There was so many twists and turns that it had me at the edge of my seat. The acting was on point. The young man Christopher Clayton I believe will be the next Denzel. The lead female is so convincing that you almost want to jump through the screen to save her. The story have you thinking about what someone would do when they really love a person who doesn't love them back. Once the lead character finds out that you can't buy love and you certainly cannot put someone under a spell to make them love you. Things fall apart and go bad as we can predict. This lead to situations that keep you in suspense. A great romantic, thriller love story.

Hallelujah. This movie is fantastic!

This jaw dropping, romantic thriller, is a must see. I imagine that this movie is controversial because it is truly a movie where we see good is fighting evil. Controversy aside, this movie is being shown all across America at different festivals. It is winning award after award. And audiences are happily screaming and giving it standing ovations.

It is a well written film. The acting is superb. Christopher Clayton has won a best actor award. Naza Cox has won a best actress award. And the Director Kenya Cagle has won a best directing award. In other words this movie has one awards in every major film category. At this point you are talking about 30 awards. It is one of the most award-winning films in history.
