This episode is honestly horrible. Kara was annoying and the subplot with Winslow and Garth was absolutely boring.
Throughout the episode, problem after problem occurs. Overtime, Karen and Kara have a little cute thing going on (which is why this episode isn't a 2), but kara throughout it is just complaining the entire time over "boopies" and not being Musclecup 2.0. The thing with the Death Trap with Winslow (who is just a really boring villain, even in "#AccordingToGarth") was just an obvious time filler, it didn't go that slow for another reason besides plot convenience and extra runtime!
The ending is also super contrived and just facepalm worthy, they use a hashtag in the actual show (as if the titles weren't insufferable enough) and the girls (I presume Karen got them back at least..?) get their powers back.
The novel of the same name is better, and I hate the books from this show.
