  Matt Parkman : I understand that, believe me. But you don't have to use them like this.

  Sylar : Except I do. The powers are me now. You've been there, dealt with the abilities, the constant temptation. Tell me, how do you compartmentalize? How do you keep them from overwhelming the rest of your life?

  Matt Parkman : You start by accepting the fact that... you're more than just your abilities. Come on, we're people first.

  Sylar : You said you would help me.

  Matt Parkman : Yeah, well, I guess there's still a little of you left inside me. Because I lied.
