The FEISAL Jury awarded a special mention to this film at the 36th Guadalajara International Film Festival for narrating with an almost documentary verismo, not without lyricism, the lives of adolescents who, locked up in a juvenile correctional facility, are debated between their present situation and their dreams for the future; denouncing the precarious level of this type of institution in our Latin America, always with painful consequences.
