During the fight scene between Gina Carano and Michael Fassbender, the gun between the mattresses can be seen sticking out halfway when he throws her on the bed, but when she reaches for it moments later she needs to dig for it under the mattress.
When Mallory finds out she has a tracker in her backpack, she runs out of the store and across the street into a hotel. As she runs up the stairs she throws a lot of stuff into the stairwell to slow her pursuers. But when the SWAT team comes up the stairs there is nothing there anymore.
When Mallory & Scott are driving, she tells him to have a drink of water in her backpack. She wants some too, but has to have him pour it in her mouth because of an injury to her arm. However, just minutes later while running from law enforcement, she is backing up at a high rate of speed, her bad arm is extended and gripping the passenger seat tightly.
Around 47 minutes when Mallory is walking along the pavement a red Honda and a blue sign can be seen just in front of her. However, in the next cut she is at least 30 yards further in front. What's more in the previous scene you can see a silver Fiesta and several other cars up ahead that are nowhere to be seen in the next cut.
In the opening fight scene in the diner, after Mallory takes Aaron's pistol she racks the slide to charge the pistol (i.e., to load a round from the magazine into the chamber). In semi-automatic pistols, this is only necessary when the chamber is empty and is done automatically after firing each shot. As Aaron had already fired two shots before Mallory took the gun, the chamber would have been full (and, in fact it was, as an unfired round was ejected as soon as Mallory pulled the slide back).
It was an automatic reaction. So she wasted a bullet.

Mallory's New Mexico Drivers License says "Mallory Cane" and is signed "Mallory Cane", her US Passport says "Mallory Kane" and is signed "Mallory Kane".

When driving backwards through the woods, the audio for the engine is revving at far too high revolutions as to drive so slowly. Additionally, it goes up and down out of sync with the driving displayed.
Engine revolutions are the speed the engine is working, not the speed of the car. The revs vary due to bouncing on the dirt road, causing her foot to vary pressure on the accelerator.

Ewan McGregor's character is obviously British. when discussing Majorca, he uses the US pronunciation of My-orca rather than the British/European pronunciation of Muh-yorca.
McGregor's command of the American accent is widely known and, although he is Scottish by birth, he was obviously using the American accent in this movie. Hence "My-or ca".

When Mallory and Aaron fight in the diner in the opening scene, Aaron attempts to shoot Mallory at close range while she is lying on the ground. Immediately after the shot, the powder burn from the muzzle blast is clearly seen on the floor of the diner next to Mallory's head. However, there is no other damage to the floor as an entering bullet would have made, revealing only the damage that a blank cartridge would cause.
MacGuffin: an object, event, or character in a film or story that serves to set and keep the plot in motion despite usually lacking intrinsic importance.
When Mallory and Aaron fight in the diner, Aaron attempts to shoot her as she's lying on the floor. The powder burn from the muzzle flash is seen on the floor next to Mallory's head, indicating a miss. Mallory then pummels Aaron, punching with her right hand and even pistol whipping him, holding the pistol in her right hand. She shows no disability or weakness in that arm. Only when she and Scott leave the diner, is the blood rimmed bullet hole in her sleeve over her bicep revealed. Scott bandages her arm while she drives and that is the last seen of that as she gets the backstory out through flashbacks.

About 49 minutes, Mallory runs up a flight of stairs in the hotel and topples a stack of chairs down the stairwell. When she reaches the next floor, she throws another stack of chairs down. Immediately after this, you can see a crew member behind another stack of chairs who tilts them back slightly so they don't fall.
The fight on the beach, presumably near Veracruz, takes place at sundown. But Veracruz is on the east coast, and the sun rises from the sea on the east coast of Mexico.
