This film was 50 feet in length, at 48 fps. It's survival is unknown. There are production stills, but the continued existence of the film is doubtful.
This is stated to be the very first "laughing gas" slapstick film. In fact, Dr. Colton himself claimed to be the first dentist to ever use "laughing gas" in dentistry.
Edison was paid $11.25 for each copy of the film to screen at Kinetoscope parlors in New York City.
One of the first marketed films to be shot in the famous Black Maria studio, the world's first film studio.
