This movie is so boring we couldn't even finish it. It's as if the whole team thought that the concept couldn't fail, so no-one put in any effort at all. No direction, no characterisation, no interest nothing. Just great actors going through the motions with looks of kind of bewilderment on their face as if they're not sure what they are doing. The plot is utterly formulaic, and the movie spends way too long just "collecting the 7 other team members", none of whom manages to create any interest. Except perhaps one teeny spark of chemistry between Bullock and Blanchett ... that might have been interesting, but went no-where.
