Actor playing Manuel (Martín Miller) is Juan Pablo Miller and Laura Donari's (producers of the film) son.
Sound designer Gaspar Scheuer suggested to record the voices of the actors when singing on the real takes during the shooting, instead of having them recorded in studio for playback as it was previously planned. Both director and film composer agreed that this suggestion made the band sound much more fresh realistic.
Actor Joaquín Arana (Fran) stated that he had never sung through a microphone before in his life.
Shot in 24 days.
The drink that Manuel's father shares with his son, according to the script, is Salmiakki Koskenkorva: a Finnish liquor that Timo Kotipelto (vocalist of Stratovarius, and good friends with director) made Mariano Biasin try. Director stated that his reaction was the same as Manu's.
