Starts well but quickly runs out of steam

Started off well - very funny and interesting. However, it ran out of steam pretty quickly and degenerated into farce. Ending was lame.

Overall: meh. A pity, as it had a fair bit of potential.

A hilarious romantic comedy
Gordon-1118 June 2011
This film is about a woman who will be marrying a guy she does not love. A famous female author helps her to discover what kind of man she really needs. A messy array of relationships is hence formed.

"Tensión sexual no resuelta" is really funny. The plot is quite complicated for a romantic comedy, but it is intriguing and engaging. The messy array of relationships contain no less than six individuals, all with different motivations for helping each other out. Jazz and Juanjo are the best in the film, while Federico stands out as the funny character. My friends and I really enjoyed watching "Tensión sexual no resuelta".

Brainless and corny romantic comedy full of humor , bad taste , profanities and fun
ma-cortes10 January 2018
Hilarious Spanish comedy with several young famous actors ; however , it also contains bad taste , nudism , piggy humor , abound sexual remarks , profanity and grossed themes . A few of the scenes are amusing , they elicit chuckles but no very enjoyable laughs . It concerns about Jazz (Norma Ruíz) is a successful bestselling writer who meets Celeste (Salomé Jiménez ) and both of whom make love . But Celeste is engaged to Juanjo (Fele Martínez) and this one is left by her . Believing he has been manipulated , he finds out the trick , and then recruits his smooth talking student, Nico (Adam Jezierski) , to help win her back in exchange for a good grade . Later on , Celeste has fallen for a bouncing Hard-Rock Singer , Nardo (Miguel Ángel Muñoz ) , with masochist tendencies . If that weren't enough Rebecca (Amaia Salamanca) , wants her teacher all for herself and will do whatever she can to ruin their schemes of getting him back together with Celeste . What ensues is a lot of mayhem , twisted situations , betrayals and vengeances .

This is a fast insane movie with lots of fun incidents , antics , bemusement and with a bunch of very hilarious roles ; dealing with seemingly simple loving plans that start getting tricky . This is another Spanish comedy romp , it is a bemusing story that contains humor , entertainment , funny happenings and involving a bunch of young people who carry out a lot of frolics , do mischief , vandalism and acts of hooliganism to get their purports . The film moves in fits and starts most of which would be desirable , with more traps the viewer resists any kind , and some moments of enjoyment and others quite a few ridiculous . The picture regards a convoluted game of scheming , sexual tension , confussion , traps and lies.

Humor is sometimes cheesy and gross-out with numerous naughty and picaresque situations such as sex jokes , bad taste , threesome and adult scenes . This is a typical Spanish comedy from the 2000s similarly to "Three Many Weddings" or ¨3 Bodas De Más¨ by Javier Ruiz Caldera , and ¨Fuga de cerebros I and II¨ by Fernando González Molina . It stars Fele Martínez as a college professor who just got dumped by his girlfriend, Celeste : Salome Jimenez ; Amaia Salamanca as one of Juanjo's students who also happens to be Nico's crush ; and Norma Ruiz as Jazz , as a sexy, manipulative female author .The yarn packs some cameos of famous people , familiar faces such as Pepe Navarro as TV presenter , Joaquín Reyes , Adam Jezierski , and , of course , Santiago Segura at a special appearance as a likeable and cunning hacker .

It is a silly film with entertaining events , giggles , craziness , turns and twisted love stories . There are some funning scenes but tey are padded by so much extraneously and strenuously narrative confusion . There are some nice jokes in the film and the cast makes a cosy fit , but also contains a lot of flaws and gaps . This is an nice and crazy comedy starred by a varied group of young actors ; it packs amusement , slapstick , comical situations , tongue-in-cheek , surrealist comedy including conventional pitfalls and many other things . Actually, results to be patently unfunny , there are some "funny" stuff but even this stuff that works almost fails . ¨Tension sexual no resulta¨ is not a film worth watching and, in turn, is not really amusing . The motion picture was regularly directed by Miguel Angel La Mata who firstly shot : Una De Zombies ; and after : Tensión Sexual no Resuelta and Isi & Disi, Alto Voltaje and Nuestros Amantes . Neither the filmmaker nor his screen-writer have a solid grasp of either filmmaking nor scriptwriting , which are two fatal mangles to have if one wants to attempt a sympathetic budget . Rating : Average : 4/10 .
