I rated this series a very solid 8 for the first two seasons and Season 3 opens with an 8, as well. This is a terrifically written and acted series. It takes advantage of Boston. The stars, Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge, are outstanding, as are Jill Hennessy, Lauren Banks and John Doman.
In my previous review, I said that the most intriguing aspect to this series is that both the leads are bad guys. Kevin Bacon's character acknowledges and embraces his badness, but Aldis Hodge's character actually thinks he's a good guy because his means justify his self-righteous ends.
I look forward to this season.
