Violence & Gore
- A woman is chained to a platform which becomes surrounded by fire. The woman's body blisters, burns, and bleeds.
- A man wakes up in a car and discovers that he is glued to a seat; blood is seen on his back. A woman is tied up; she is underneath a tire. Another man has a chain attached to both his arms and jaw; they are chained to the car's bumper. Another man is chained to a door in front of the car. The man in the car leans forward; skin from both his arms and back is pulled off (blood is shown). The jacks holding up the car fall, causing the car to hit the ground and crush the woman; blood is shown. The car then speeds forward; the chains attached to the man's arms and jaw are ripped off (blood pours from the wounds). The car hits the man chained to the door; it then crashes into another car, sending the man glued to the seat through the windshield.
- Two men are attached to a table with saws attached to their hands. Another saw is underneath a woman, who is strapped to a large metal plate. They are informed that one of them must die in order for the others to survive. The first man pushes the saws toward the second man, cutting his chest; blood is shown. The men then arrange the saws so that the woman would die instead. The woman is lowered onto a saw which cuts her stomach open; blood and intestines are shown.
- A woman is strapped to a table with a set of spikes pointed at her eyes and mouth; a man pushes a lever in order to save her but a set of spikes pierce his sides (blood pours from the wounds), he gasps and lets go of the lever, causing the spikes to move closer to the woman's face. He lifts the lever again, sending the spikes back into his side, he screams in pain, and releases the lever, sending the spikes into the woman's eyes and mouth (her body is later shown with blood dripping from the spikes).
- A man straps an unconscious woman to a chair and places a reverse bear trap mask on her face. She wakes up and the mask opens, tearing her jaw apart; her tongue falls onto her leg.
- A woman is strapped to a chair, wearing a straitjacket, and her neck in a brace. A fishing line is in her mouth and four spikes are pointed at her throat; it is revealed that the woman has a key attached to a fish hook inside her stomach. A man tries pulling the fishing line out; the woman screams, coughs up blood, and the spikes pierce her throat, killing her.
- A man attaches hooks to his pectoral muscles. He hoists himself in the air with chains, which are attached to the hooks piercing his pectoral muscles. The chains detach from his skin, causing him to fall to the floor.
